Jurassic Park Pinball – Quick Rules (3M’s and Extra Ball)

Learn the quick rules to Jurassic Park Pinball by Stern. Get an idea of the 3M’s (Modes, Multiballs, and Multipliers) as well as how to get extra balls.

Modes:

Paddock Modes

• Shoot enough white lit shots to spell MAP on the backboard
• The left ramp is now lit to Advance Paddock to start
• After hitting the left ramp the ball will be held in the left inlane
• Rescue the workers by hitting enough Rescue shots
• Set the trap at the Set Trap targets on either side of the truck
• Capture the dinosaur by hitting the flashing yellow/green shot

Hitting the truck before advancing the paddock changes the path on the map and which dinosaur you have to capture. The path on the right of the map is generally easier.

T-Rex Events

• Hit the truck captive ball enough times to light T-Rex Event
• Shoot the left ramp to start the event

Control Room Modes

Control room modes can be started in the control room shot on the far left. The following actions light the the control room.

• Capturing your first dinosaur
• Spell CHAOS twice
• Scoring a jackpot in Raptor Tri-Ball
• Getting 15 tower shots

Multiballs:

Chaos Multiball is a 3 ball multiball.

• Hit the shots for the letters C-H-A-O-S in order from left to right
• Hit the Amber Target behind the pops to start the multiball
• Jackpots are at lit shots depending on which side the truck is facing

Raptor Tri-ball is a 3 ball multiball.

• Hit the targets in the raptor pen multiple times
• Hit the center target in the pen to capture a raptor
• Now hit the fence, on premium, or the pen targets until the integrity is down to 0%
• Hit the center target in the back of the pent to start the tri-ball
