"Tic-Tac-Toe" is a beach-themed electro-mechanical pinball machine released by Williams Electronic Manufacturing Corporation on January 10, 1959. Designed by Harry Williams, the game features two flippers, a single pop bumper, six passive bumpers, four slingshots, four rollover buttons, two gobble holes, and two standup targets.
